    Default Rowla shuta ders

    As the SMB is visited by lots of inteligent folk who know about stuff like this.......and Jasper

    Large industrial roller shutter doors, is there a legal requiremt (HS&E etc) that says you have to stand like a prat with your finger on the button to close them or can you have it the same as when you press once to open?

    Aye, I put a simlar one in the offending orafice. It cost £18K to buy and install and cost me £24K in repairs over the next 3 years

    We'll I've trawled various legislation and I can't find anything that says you must keep your finger on the button.

    I think its a myth we all thought was reet.
