Leicester - Joachim. Seemed to score a lot against us in the early 90s.

    Edit: Garner + Jewell?

Collymore coming to Roker with Southend in the early 90's, he was brilliant.

Bosnich in the league cup for villa in a midweek match also at Roker.

Leicester was Joachim and Ian Ormondroyd for me.

I remember them standing next to each other waiting to kick the game off once at Roker and laughing at them (little and large) then they probably went and scored about 3 against us

Also, Stan Collymore for both Southend and Forest. Remember when Forest were top of the league, came to Roker and turned us over 3-2. I was in the mainstand and Collymore skipped away from a couple of our players down that touchline and there was no way anyone was going to catch him.

Scott Minto for Charlton just because he had a cool name and it was just after shirts with names on back had come in and I thought it looked mint.

Boro - Uve Fuchs scored against us so remember him.

    Mags - fat Micky Quinn.

Palace - that lad with the headband - Young was it? Big black centre half.

    Notts Co. - Tommy Johnson
