You're using your brain and applying logic rather than just following the common consensus.
For what it's worth, I don't think Hodgson is the type to be told what to do. Based on what I've read and seen of him so far, I think he's a fairly stubborn character.
I don't necessarily agree with all his decisions but I believe he made them for the right reasons ie that he thinks they're what's best.
There's far too much negativity surrounding someone who's been in the job around a month and only been in charge for a couple of friendlies.
