    Depends on the severity.

    My little cousin is autistic and has come on leaps and bounds. If someone was calling him names or bullying him he would pick up on it.

    Not at his age now.

    When he's in his twenties mabye he could, depends on how he develops.

    Regardless, people like this butcher are bullies and only tend to understand the boot.
