Ticket Office doing a great job.

Get's knocked an awful lot on here and people with bad experiences but I have had a problem with my season card and applying for away games so popped in yesterday. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The manager had to come down, Lesley her name was and was lovely and was very professional.

Had to send off my card but have took my number and is personally going to ring me when it's sorted and put the loyalty points on for the matches I've been to this season using other people's membership numbers.

Well done ticket office.

Only issue ive had is they dont seem to have the capability to use phone sales very well. I think they must only have 2 phones or summit
