Is anyone in a group or have set a group up?

I cant find where to do it?
Trying to sort a branch up and need to set up a group to organize things and put people in contact with each other.

Any help would be much appreciated thanks

Can you actually do it on here, im not sure if im going to the right place but all i can find is something called 'lost magpies' but cant find where to start my own group up ?
