Default can you do too much?

Been told that I'm not losing weight because I exercise too much?
On a normal day I ride my bike to work (five and a half mile) ride home, then on a night I either go to the gym, every other day I've start to lift weights and I always try get a hour or 45 minutes cardio in, or play five a side for a hour, I sometimes try to get a swim in as well.
Obviously I don't always get to ride my bike into work.

Dont think you can do too much BUT your body can get used to your daily routine.

Maybe knock the cardio on the head for a couple of weeks but keep eating right and then start again.

One word - HITT. Try some high intensity interval training. Sprints, burpees, kettle bells, that sort of thing. Look on youtube.

Not a case if doing too much....just a case of expending more energy than you are putting into your body
Either eat more or exercise less

You can overtrain, but from what you say that's not the issue unless you are literally eating an obscenely low amount and have done so for a consistent period of time whilst doing such exercise, destroying your metabolism.

My diet has always been preety poor if I'm honest, but I'm trying to get it sorted.
On a morning I have weetabix and a protein shake.
10am apple and some other sort of fruit.
    12 protein shake.
2pm some sort of fish and a sarnie
Then my tea on a night, varies in time.
For snack I eat rasins, bolied eggs, nuts, crisps and the odd corned beef slice

Has your body got smaller/trimmer even though you've not lost any weight?

I've been doing running and EA Active workouts on the Wii since January. I've not lost any weight as in the number on the scales, but my body has got smaller! I'm measuring myself once a month and have noticed inches dropping off. I've dropped two dress sizes for tops and one dress size for trousers. I've got shorts on today that were tight last summer, but I can pull them down without undoing the buttons today and had to wear a belt to keep them up

I started taking measurements, well did it twice, but I keep on forgetting. Will try and remember to do it like once every two weeks.
