Automatic Season Ticket Renewal

Nice of the club to do this. Just checked my bank account and notice £100 to Sunderland at the start of the month, ring the club and they said they put it in the renewal pack.

I work away and never opened the renewal pack as had no intentions of renewing, plus side is I have unexpected ticklet for tomorrow but will only be using If they dont let me cancel it.

I accept some blame for not getitng the letter passed to me to read but I just never expected they would automatically renew the DD, I appreciate they would just use the same details If I told them I wanted to renew but that completly different circumstances.

Should have bothered to read the pack

I think it was a great idea personally, saved a lot of form filling for vast majority who will have renewed

spot on mate, more people renew than don't so the scheme works well.

Completely agree, i opened it and did decide to renew but thought it was wrong how they did it.
