Anyone got one and had problems with it............?

The bairns is freezing all the time and the touch pad doesnt work now at all..

Its only 10 months old so could I take it back to the orange shop..its payg..

I know my sister had one, and had nothing but trouble with it. Had to send it back 5 times before getting it exchanged for a different handset.

The touch pad was the main problem, just became unresponsive whenever it felt like it.

Aye loads of her mates have one which is why she did but theres loads of them having similar problems..

They're shite like.

The freezing thing that they get such a bad rep for is mainly because they're owned by bairns who don't know they need the software updating, but the trackpad not working is because they're shoddily made compared to most of the BlackBerry range.

Yeh my lass had one, by one I mean about 10 replacements they had to send out during 12 months.
She donated it to her ma and bought an iPhone instead, not a problem since

Got one, it's knackered like. Screens gone & The button to move about is nearly broke.
