    Default Gyan not himself?

Following on from Bruce's comments that Gyan wasn't feeling himself on Tuesday, he didn't appear to look himself today. He seems a long way off that grinning like a cheshire cat little devil that we got this time last season. It's a massive problem for us when our main and probably only 'Premiership' striker is not at his best. Chances fell to him today, the one that Sess put him through on goal for, the back pass he read and the best chance of the game when Wickham was alongside him. There was a simple shrug of the shoulders when Colback appeared to ask about a pullback for the first.

Maybe reading too much into it but he doesn't look 'Gyan-like'.

    Personal problems?
    Problems at the club?
    Wants out?

At his best he has a lot to offer and can inspire our forward play. At the moment he seems to be out of sorts.

Probably saw how Bent engineered his move away last year and is following suit.

Bit of a difference if he's playing that game.

Bent, whatever else he may be, is a goal scorer proven at the highest level. You buy Bent (and he is always for sale) and he will score goals.

Gyan had a half decent season, a great game against England, but is far from an established star of the Premier league..

Playing a dangerous game if he is indeed trying to engineer a move.

He's been off form for 3 games now. Which makes him shit in the eyes of the SMB mongoflids.

I don't think he's shit but he's not himself and Bruce commented on it.

Oh aye, that's the worry, we don't replace him. I think a Gyan is easier to replace than a Bent though. I'm still hopeful he can get that smile back on his face though and get back to enjoying his Football
