I have HD, free too but normal now looks really shit.

I think its just because we have got used to HD and struggle to watch anything else.

The footy on ITV has been bad for years on sky sd on my plasma, much better now is in HD sadly they havent upgraded the commentators so its still equally unwatchable.

when you buy a tv you are meant to ask to watch a non hd channel so you can see how good (or not) the tv actually is.............

There is very little point in buying a HD tv and then not getting Sky Hd.
