Class player but someone earlier in the week on here made a good point about Colback. I'm not fully convinced he's going to become a more creative, goal-scoring midfielder which is what we really need him to be. Technically he is very good and retains possession better than any midfielder we have, though.

More than likely Man United. Hope we keep him he is quality. Would rather sell Cattermole than him.

If we get a £20m bid for him (unlikely, I know..) then I'd sell and re-invest.

He needs to stay at us for his own good. If he goes to Man Utd he won't start every week. If he goes to Arsenal he won't start every week. If he goes to Chelsea he won't start every week. Definitely won't start at City.

He's at the stage in his career when he needs to play regularly to develop his game. Even if an offer comes in we, and him, should reject it. One or two more years at Sunderland and he will be better equipped to move to a bigger club.

Agree, can see him becoming a Michael Carrick type of player (if he's not already)
