I went to see them the other night in Houston, absolutely brilliant. Helders is a wonderful drummer and Turner has morphed into the rock n roll version of John Lennon, including full blown brylcreemed quiff, leather jacket, white t-shirt and rolled up jeans.

Thet were fantastic with so much energy.

I refused to go to see this band on principle as I saw a photo of them a few years ago. One had on a duffel coat and two of the others were wearing Members Only jackets. The sad, sad bastards!

No amount of Brylcream or vintage rolled up jeans can ever erase that. They are dead to me.

He's missed the boat on his new image a bit. The Quiff, leather jacket and oversized t-shirt/vest combo was all the rage with the scenesters 4 or 5 years ago.

He's a pretentious prick, his lyrics are contrived, the music is shit and he looks like a girl. In my opinion

One half decent, catchy song 6 years ago, nothing more.

Ooh, you've done it now. There's a pompous muso literati gestapo on here who will shrivel you with their opinions & New Order (as in history, not music) in terms of the bands you are meant to like as opposed to the ones who play good choons...

    ...good luck
