Was arrested last week in Hartlepool. He was singing the Alan Shearer's illegitimate song and was told by the plod to shut up.
He continued singing it and was told he'd be arrested if he didn't shut up.
He told the plod he wasn't doing owt wrong and sang it again, he was arrested drunk and disorderly.
In the van the plod told him he was a mag fan and that's why he'd been arrested.
I know it ain't big and all that but feck should he contest it in court seing as this plod fella told him it was cos he was a mag ?

Singing a song in public that has content including AIDS and illegitimacy is probably daft. Continuing to sing it having been asked by the law to stop twice is borderline insanity. On the plus side, we may have stumbled upon his defence
