I suppose it'd be better to see an English club blowing the others out of the water in the transfer market rather than Madrid doing it all the time.
The absolute best of the best will still stay in Spain though. I don't see how City are going to 'blow anyone's brains out' because however much they spend they won't be getting Messi, Ronaldo, Xavi or Iniesta. And after those I can't really think of any brain-blowing players. I'd imagine the sort of category they will be looking in is Aguero, Pato, Maicion? It's probably just Redknapp bigging them up though to make finishing close to them look good. 09:57 AM.. |
