    Only if they win the cup. If City finish fifth and win the final they qualify as FA Cup winners, Birmingham qualify as League cup winners and the team finishing 6th (Liverpool?) as the highest placed premier league team.

    I have an uneasy feeling about QPR, think something could be in place to possibly save a prem team?

    As for Liverpool, the refs have been busting whistles to sort that out since Woy left
