surprised samuel has written this article and im not sure how much knowledge he has on the subject

but it doesnt add up in my opinion

there is nothing to link their deaths all with the fact they played as enforcers in the NHL

Belak was a down to earth , intelligent bloke and played over here

I know next to nothing about Ice Hockey, but that certainly struck me when reading it. The link between the two things seemed very tenuous to say the least.

I looked at some other articles
They are basically saying that the guys have a lot of stress
Knowing that at some points the gloves are gonna come off,
Tie Domi commented on this when he retired

The family donated the guys brain for research into a certain condition found in other sportsmen who took blows to the head

Sad stuff like. I've never understood the fighting / rules of ice hockey but it seems there needs to be some change if stuff like this is happening?

im surprised samuel wrote the article because a) these were all reported quite a whil ago and debated b) he is a respected journo and has seemily tried to fill space with a story he hasnt researched very well
