    Default Andre Villas - Boas

I can honestly say that I didn't really know who he was when became the Chelsea boss, anyway I have just looked up his Wiki page. Interesting if short career but the really intriguing bit was that Bobby Robson was the man who got him started in coaching when they lived in the same apartment block when Boas was a kid. 33 and never played but has managed Porto and Chelsea paid 13 million to trigger a release clause. I often wonder how many of these coaches are actually just at the right place at the right time and actually gifted success on a plate. He is clearly following Mourinho in terms of career if not personality.

tbh the egos he has to deal with at the age of 33, when some of the players are of a similar age. Plus the fact these big egos obviously liked ancelotti and didn't want him to leave.

As a result the players dont give a fuck and are playing the way they are.

    Hasn't got a fucking clue.

Banging on about the 'philosophy' of the 'group', and 'human values'. The bloke is an absolute joke.

He doesn't stand a chance. He has an owner who demands instant success (no matter what he says in the media about being patient) and who would have preferred to appoint Guus Hiddink if he could, a fan base who expect instant success and an ageing squad full of highly paid ego maniacs. He'll be gone by the end of the season if not before.
