Two minor points!

Was the salsa handcrafted? You claim everything was made from scratch and your salsa looked like a bought pack! I make lush salsa if you want some.

Secondly and this is a biggie............... mushrooms in fajitas!!!! Are you fucking mental? Ditch that shite next time you cook em

The salsa was not, nor the sour cream, but i can make salsa i just couldnt be foooked

i like mushrooms. mushrooms make me happy. happy as larry.

Mushrooms are nice, love them in a bacon sarnie or a curry, NOT in a mexican meal! The only mushrooms i saw in mexico were slightly more exciting than those ones and never served up with tortillas

Well at least you've admitted to the bullshit in your first post. Well done for preparing most of a meal from scratch, it looked nice (apart from the mushies).

Tip for marinating the chicken before you cook it - 1 hour in a mix of juice of 1 lime, splash of tequila and splash of grand marnier (just a little splash), chop a jalapeno and some coriander and stick it in the fridge. Boozy Fajitas!
