    How does it compare to that Band of Brothers, because i'm watching this shite based on what i've heard about Band of Brothers, and i must say it's utter shite???

    I think it's great viewing. Not as 'entertaining' as Band of Brothers but it was never going to be. However, I've found it far more thought provoking so far and better at showing the hardships of war. Maybe it's because there's the lack of Brotherhood in this one and a lot of them seem to be isolated with just their thoughts. Crackin' tele.

    Don't know which episode the UK is upto, but the last three episodes in the US have been top-notch. I agree the first few were complete shite.
