Does piss me off when they win but caught the second half on the box last night and it shows what we're missing-confidence, pace and organisation. I thought Pardew would be a complete disaster but he's doing a canny job unfortunately.

I've noticed that too. It's pathetic to be honest. They're doing well. Nothing we can do about it.

its just frustration though isnt it
i thought with the squads we both had on paper, we would be doing a lot better than them
they sign foreign players, put them straight in, and they do well: cabaye, tiote, ba ( already here but again we didnt sign him apparently due to medical reasons, and hes scoring for fun )

we buy people and it takes an age to get them in the first team
and were struggling again

im still confident of catching them up this season but it doesnt half pee me off that theyre doing so well

The amount of cash and support Bruce has recieved he should have turned things around by now, of course people are pissed off that the mags are doing so well considering they've sold their best players and can still produce results.
I fucking hate Bruce and think the sooner he's kicked out of our club the better.

More frustration and envy that us being obsessed. Bruce and Pardew have two very similar teams in terms of ability but one side is settled, organised and has a system which plays to their strengths while the other is disjointed, slow and only now figuring out a way to play successfully.

As much as I dislike the Mags you have to admire the way Pardew is building a solid, if unspectacular side there.
