Just been reminiscing about the last 30 years going to matches - so many memories. Just wondered if anyone had any memories that stick out that aren't necessarily famous ones and if anyone else remembers the and thing.

I remember us beating Rotherham 7-1 in the LDV Vans game and they had about 6 supporters. They scored from a free kick and their fan were doing a conga in the pouring rain

yep it sticks in my mind cos it sounded like monkey angus, was that about 87/88???

New bogs in Fulwell end. Once in about 1993, I was walking to the ground when we played Notts county and the night before curry was at the counter knocking to be out.
I had to leg it to the stiles, luckily I had a season ticket so queue was shorter, bolt in and try to get sat down for I autographed the gusset.
Ran into bogs, traps were full. Quacking like a duck on acid, I left and had to burst into the ladies bogs. I got a spare trap and opened the bomb bay doors and a slurry of curry and beer slid out, loud and proud and I let of a massive sigh....just as a steward was banging at the door and women were shouting "there's a bloke in our bogs!"
