She's under the age of criminal responsibility, as the lads should have been whether they did it or not. As if you would understand the implications of either act at that age. Most likely wouldn't even have had anyone telling them what sex is, never mind rape.

They were 10. The criminal age of responsibility in this country is 10, for some mad reason. Probably the only civilised country in the world where it is so low.

To have an 8 year old to be even aware of rape astonishes me, I would be lookin at the parents and what the kid is being exposed to.
