    Default Meal Replacement Shakes/Protein

anyone recommend any? I never normally have time (or the sense) to cook anything the night before for work the next day and end up eating a shite service station sarnie or summit so i was thinking of getting some sort of meal replacement that i can have when i'm out on the road at work.

I've been looking at the promax diet stuff and the reviews seem decent, just wondering what the SMB recommends

this won't help you much if you're losing weight but for breakfast then at
10 I blend an apple, banana, strawberries, blueberries, orange, tomato, 4scoops of oats, Greek Yoghurt and milk, its about 1000 calories , tastes lovely though, and healthy if you're training to burn the calories
