Chilton Country Pub
Have decided to use one of my old photo's of Penshaw on their site without asking
 . Not a good photo but surely worth a free pint, next time I go in for my sunday dinner. A few of the photo's I used to have on pbase seem to have ended up being used without permission (no right click and save photo protection) http://www.chiltoncountrypubandhotel.co.uk/ |

Send them an invoice.
Use standard NUJ rates and double it because they didn't ask. If they don't pay up, get a friendly solicitor to send them a threatening letter.

I can understand why people put watermarks right in the middle of their pictures now. Suppose that will still not stop them.
