    Default Central heating

How much approx would it cost to install in 2 two-bedroom flats, one on top of the other?

    Anyone got any recommendations?

Aye, rads are quite an important part of the whole central heating process. You'll need rads mate, so you might want to budget for a bit more.

Still, they love to charge loads for sticking the pipework in

Are they for rental toosb? Stick storage heaters in and let the buggers either freeze or go bankrupt
