"We haven't really got what we've deserved, but that's the nature of this league."

"You can quite easily go six or seven games without a win at this level and that's what's happening to us at the moment."

"We have to accept its our turn, get on with it and push through it."

    FUCK OFF

No where left to run I'm afraid Steve old boy. Once I was rather fond of you, but our relationship has soured somewhat, and you seem hell bent on alienating yourself from everyone involved with the club

Do the decent thing and leave. Clear your desk, say you gave it your best shot and that you have played a part in establishing Sunderland as a Premier team but you can go no further.

You know it's the right thing to do

    You're hysterical.

In all seriousness, I am so sick to the back teeth of that man demanding I accept my team is naturally shite and my expectations too high when all I actually want is a football team I can have some pride and belief in.

That's just it, isn't it. Pride and belief.

I said on another thread: when I saw that lineup he was peddling on Sunday I was fucking embarrassed. Followed by my embarrassment when we let one in so quickly.

Just wanted to crawl under my table.

My sentiments exactly - he had a chance on Sun to say "fuck it let's give this a right go" but his bottle has gone, his team selections and subsitutions baffling and he needs to go,preferably to resign with some pride intact(can't see it like,he'll have to be dragged kicking and screaming from his office, just a case of when Ellis calls for security now)

    Jesus, is he still here?

He can't win a game to save his life, the players look clueless, he's slagging the fans, he's blaming everyone for the mess.

I can't think of any other club that would tolerate this behaviour.

If he doesn't go soon I can see this causing long term damage to the relationship between club and fans.

There's only so much you can tolerate. To see him even blame the scum's good start to the season was the final straw for me.
I do not want to hear our Manager blabbing on about them lot.
His problems are not up the road, they are on his own doorstep. At a time when he needs the support of the fans the clueless buffoon only manages to make the situation nigh on impossible.
He is clueless on the pitch and clueless off it.
What will he come out with next ?

The problem is that we've every chance of beating Bolton because they've been in such poor form. Then it'll be all smugness in the post-match interview, as if we're all hysterical.

I've never wanted a Sunderland manager sacked before. Ever. But this joker had to go.

I'm starting to think he hasn't got the arse, how many more defeats this year before he acts?

Hopefully the dwindling crowds will see him gone. Those of us lucky enough to be in work will not tolerate this for much longer. Also the ones not in work make sacrifices to go to the match and for what? to be slagged off by a manager who couldn't run a Sunday league team. Enough is enough!A laughing stock is what we are.
