According to Graham Courtney just interviewed on talksport. He has just said that he spoke to a Sunderland player yesterday and said ''Martion O'Neill regularly chats to all players and makes them feel like worldbeaters''. Graham Courtney also said that Ji Dong-Won is very impressive, but I am certain this bit of information is a positive.

Heard stories about Keane and Bruce hardly speaking to certain players for months on end.

Still, I'm trying not to get carried away. We're in the "build him up" stage and I don't want the "knock him down" stage to be too dramatic.

One moment that'll always stick in my mind is when Peter Reid gave Micky Gray a hug and reassurance after the playoff final and O'Neill comes across as the same, like a father figure. Surely it can only be a good thing.
