Cant find my provisional licence

and got my test on the 16th, ordered a replacement last night, it says can take up to 10/14 days so its going to be a close run thing, anybody on here ordered a replacement? If so how long did it take? Searched on Google and some people have had it back as soon as 3 days so im hopeful
