Sims 3: World Adventures

Ok so my lasses sister acquired a version of the game, however every time she tries to play it it says something along the lines of "Cannot confirm the product is official or summit, please contact customer service"

I'm not too great on this kinda thing, but I had a go and managed to get past that part but then it just closes the game down part way through the loading.

Way past my level of abilities.

And before I get asked for pics, she's 13

Got the same problem, apparently the manufacturer has shipped a load of USA DVD's over so you either have to return the DVD for a refund/replacement or try to get it working through the registry. The DVD isn't region coded as per movie DVD's but they have coded some regional reference on it somewhere.

As a relative bought this game for my lad so I am going to have another go at getting it working - you say you got it installed did you find some help on the internet? If so can you let me have the link?

By the way, the DVD case we got (from Amazon I think) has a $10 offer on the front, a bit of a giveaway!
