Do chav lads and poor form go hand in hand at the gym?
You know the type, huge arms with chicken legs or just really fat lads who think theyre all muscle. The type that leave the weights lying all over and dont tidy up when they leave, aka pricks.

Thought they were class, doing bench presses and didnt leave their feet on the floor for one rep and constantly dropping weights on the floor, proper boils my piss people like that.
