It does say that the 'dream team' of the week doesn't take into consideration financial constraints and player restrictions, it just displays the highest scoring 11 in a valid formation.

Think the OP was just showing how 7 of the 11 were sunderland players, mind you I find it hard to believe it would look the same if more than 4 teams had been involved at the weekend ;)

You can have more than 3 players from one team.

When players transfer clubs it takes them a wile to update the site, so if yu get in quick enough when they play for their old team, they later change to the new 1.

Just means when you make transfers you have to get rid of them first. But they can still be played.
