Told the missus I'm stopping smoking. Had a few beers earlier but I've run out of tabs. Normally only smoke when I drink which tends to be most days. Here we go

Get a jar and everytime you consider buying a packet of tabs put the money in the jar, after a few weeks you should have enough to buy yourself a good reward (not more tabs)
