Steve Bruce has been excellent in the trafsfer market for a while now
Bought Palacios, Figroll, Bramble, Valencia all for peanuts signed Riveros and Da silva for nowt, Bent, Turner, Angeleri... the list is growing every year. How can people knock his transfer dealings? the bloke is the best we've had in my lifetime
i'm 37

He has had success but what he did at Wigan interests me not one jot and Turner? Are you serious? As for Angeleri - we'll have to wait and see.
I'll give you Bent mind - though young Ricky did the spade work - apparently

Agreed. He does seem to get these players for a good price as well.
People slag Turner, but we got him for 4 million. Even Bramble for 1 million. Even if someone thinks he,s crap, they can,t deny that,s a decent price
The transfer market is where Bruce has impressed me most. I have no doubt he will pull out a couple of bigger transfers closer to the deadline.
