Default Will we ever be bigger than Newcastle???

Don't get me wrong I am a true supporter of Sunderland. IO have a season ticket now in the swc and I will be having one next season in the same place but will we ever be bigger than Newcastle? They always seem to shock the nation in some unpredictable things like third now. All them high scoring home wins last season, 5-1, 4-1, 6-0, 5-0, 3-1 and even the 4-4 comeback with Arsenal. They have an average crowd of 46- 47 thousand compared to us of 37-38 currently.

    Comments please.

We've won more league titles than they have for a start. Fanbase wise, they've always had more supporters than us and always will have.

Can't say it really bothers me though.

Both Safc and Nufc have good fanbases but we should be getting crowds in 40 thousand.

    Define 'big'?

If you mean going 50+ years without winning a trophy, then the answer is probably yes.
