    Default Good second hand dealers

Hi toggers, just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for good, second hand online dealers?

I am looking for Pentax 6x7 kit. Have searched Mr Cad and Ffordes so far, and of course flea-bay. Any other places I could look?

I'm interested in the 400mm EDIF but it seems to be as rare as rocking horse shit.

I should be getting a lens and some other kit I bought from them tomorrow, I will let you know how it is compared to their quoted quality - it was delivered on time with no issues.

You could try the London Camera Exchange - http://www.lcegroup.co.uk/

For local there's www.classicphotographics.co.uk based in Eldon Sqaure. Paul, the bloke who runs it has a stall at Tynemouth Market near enough every Saturday. Very helpful fella, bought plenty off him in the past. If he hasn't got it in stock he'll find you one.

A quick update on KEH.com, just received the goods I ordered from them (a 55mm F2.8 Mamiya 645 lens for 139 USD including case etc. and a 120 film insert for a Mamiya 645 for 16 USD). Quality is very good - both were listed as Excellent condition and to be honest they are slightly better than that, the lens is optically spotless and apart from a few spots of paint loss on the bayonet mounts could pass for brand new (the lens case looks brand new), the film insert looks unused and the case still has the foam inserts to keep the unit in place. Based on my 1 experience with them highly recommended (the customer service was very good too - I actually ordered another 55mm lens but the customer service guy pointed out the one I has asked for was without lens caps and a case and recommended an alternative that was only 10 USD more with the full bifta).

Was the shipping reasonable and how long did it take mate?

    They have a 55 - 200 lens on $109 which seems a bit of a snip

Shippnig was 10 USD BUT I got it shipped to a mate of mine in California who then brought it across for me. If you ship to the UK you'll be looking at a bit more and I guess import duty depending on the costs.
