Peter Crouch wants to sign for Liverpool AGAIN

According to my Spurs supporting mate, the rumours at white hart lane are that Peter Crouch has asked his agent to return to Liverpool after a recent enquiry from Liverpool themselves.

Seems like Crouch has his head screwed on well. I bet he wouldn't have resigned for Benitez. Hodgson is the ideal man to get the best out of him.

Tbf he didnt really score that many the last time he was there...

85 appearances, which under Benitez with his subs etc is more like 65 games, and he didnt score for his first 15 games iirc.

For a target man who links up the play he got pretty much 22 goals in 50 games IMO.

He didn't for me, will get a goal every now and again but nothing flash. He really isn't that good but he would do well at liverpool in the current side. Wouldn't worry me if he went as he isn't great and would likely not suit the team within a few months and would be of to his next club...........

So because he never scored in his first 15 games they should be wiped from his record?
