Does anyone go to one, and what are your opinions on them?

I find I work a lot harder in a class, so I think I'd like to try one, but the only ones I've seen are either full of middle aged women, or on an evening. I work until 9, so early morning would be a better time.

No, no, I just want a bit more of a workout than the type of thing that middle aged women stand about talking in between.

You'll get lasses doing them all over. Most won't let them stand chatting but some of them are right lazy feckers, a case of needing to push yourself but you'll be encouraged and hopefully there will be a few lads to compete with.

Worked well for me but think I over did it as it now takes ages to break into a sweat. Think I would use them as a short term solution but never non stop (did about 10 months, 2 or 3 times a week). Likely when I want to drop a little fat.
