How to define upper body
Right, I do quite a bit cardio fitness, running, bike, squash, footy, golf etc normally 3 or 4 times a week. I do the odd session of press ups when i can be arsed. Basically I want to know what basic exercises I could do in the house to define shoulders, chest and tops of arms. I am thinking of getting a pull up bar and dip frame built. I already have a punchbag and dumbells. Anyone recommend a simple routine to do once or twice a week to start off !!
