Felt shit a few weeks ago, got over it and now it's back!

Made the mistake of taking some Neurofen or something like that with aspirin in it. Stomach hurt so much it's been keeping me awake.

I had a reet bellyache for about 3 days, felt sniffly/headachey, shaky and knackered to go with it. Seem to be over it just about but it wasn't nice like.
