We are deperate for one.

I can't think of any half decent ones in the Prem who'd come to us, bar say Warnock, but as Villa have no manager then any new manager coming in will want to assess all his players before deciding who to keep and who to let go.

Which leads me to Figueroa, is he any good?

Gibbs on loan maybe? Bridge (as back up only, but wages would be a stumbling block). I can't think of any foreign options really, Ziegler maybe?

What the fuck are we going to do to fill this problem position of ours?!

It is a problem but O'Shea and Richardson can play there, Adams is coming through and could probably be back up for the time being.

I think that could work, Richardson given a run in the side at left back with O'Shea filling in if needed or Adams getting the odd run out.

Would be preferable to signing the likes of Warnock anyway.

The 3 Bosmans were Larsson, Westwood and Amalfitano. None of which are left backs.

I don't think we are that desperate.

Richardson is as good as those you've mentioned (excpet Gibbs who is out of our reach).

Bardsley is good cover. Colback & Ferdinand adeqate.

More important areas of the team to focus on

I wouldn't want warnock like. I'm scratching my head trying to think of a decent one instead of him but can't really think of any. To be honest I'd be quite happy if bardo played there next season although id much prefer a proper left back there..

no he reckons were buying one....wether you can believe him ??...up to yourself...but he did say the midfielder was overseas...maybe it was the one reported in the echo yesterday..so he might have had that bit correct....the other two bosmans... looks like we've signed them..

Chill the fuck out! There is still over two and a half months left of the transfer window so im sure its sorted, stop worrying about it.
