    they taste good
    raw or cooked
    you can eat them as much as you like without putting weight on
    healthy
    good for eyesight
    natural

    I once got pissed and boiled one of those dry without piercing the can, turned it into a projectile weapon. The pan was a mangled mess across the room and it took three days for us to notice the remains of the pudding tin embedded in the ceiling plaster.
