I haven't strength trained in ages but bannatynes in Durham when I have. Just saw the article on Facebook and thought it would be of some interest

It's actually a well written piece and very easy to understand and follow. Makes sense as well as I usually do sets of 10/12 but i'm usually knackered by my last set so have to drop the weight a touch. Will adapt to 6's from now on.

I understand what the article says, but I lift as heavy as the gym goes for a lot of things (I just go to the council gyms, don't get the impression that I'm some sort of machine) so finding exercises I could do with a weight that would be heavy is quite difficult.

Don't really want to be changing gyms
