    Default AZ Alkmaar v PSV

Watching this at the moment. Canny game. Two cracking goals from AZ and some shocking finishing from PSV. 2-0 to AZ.

    Shite commentary though.

    2-1 halftime.

Was it on ESPN? Looked a decent game from the match report.

Dutch league is good entertainment, which makes up for the lack of quality.

Nope, Erevidisie Live. A Dutch tv station. I've got a motorised setup.

Finished 3-1 to AZ who also had a man sent off for two yellows although the second was comical. PSV also had a blatent penalty decision turned down.

Oh, need to get one of those!

ESPN really annoys me at times. They buy the rights to German, Dutch and American footy but only have one channel that they show live footy on. Result? We get one game a month from Holland and America, but no other channels can show the other games because ESPN have the rights!

    Rant over.

Always bugged me why the Dutch national team are normally fantatstic to watch but their national league is pretty poor.

I would disagree with lack of quality. most Dutch players are much more technical than the majority of english players

not sure how you can say this?

The Dutch league has only been in decline since around the 2006/2007 season. Prior to that their league had much more talent than in England. Its just that all their upcoming stars get snapped up by foreign clubs who can pay higher wages

Why are you not watching Man U v Man C?

You just missed goal of the season.
