Gyan,what a player he is.
Superb hold up play, superb vision and a superb goalscorer,4-5-1 could be the way to go.Ftm.

Re: Gyan, what a player he is.
Gonna have to be until we can get more strikers in!
Thought it worked well on Saturday though.
Plus as stated, Gyan is a very very good player

Re: Gyan, what a player he is.
Seems to prefer playing in a 4-5-1, we should play to the strengths of our best players imo.

Re: Gyan, what a player he is.
And to think it takes a year or two to get used to the power and pace of the Premier league. Look at Drogba. He wasn't an instant hit.
If we get the right people around him and assuming he doesn't do a Bent or get crocked then he has the potential to turn into one of our best ever players at any level in our history

Not only that, but he loves playing. Always laughing and jiving around the pitch. Joy to watch it is.

Loved the the way he held the ball, looked up, and played the simple but devastating through ball for the first goal yesterday. Beautiful football.

Was just going to say this. He played it perfectly. the way he held it up without drawing a challenge and waited for the run to be made by Richardson - looks like he knows how to play the lone striker role perfectly.
Have to say too that Richardson looks like he plays the withdrawn striker role very well too. His runs are excellent and he showed Adam up for being a slow fat lazy twat

He's superb.
And I can't help think that when he fucks off it'll be to Milan or Real Madrid or somewhere, not Aston bloody Villa.
Mind, I did think that about Lorik Cana for a while.
