Default onions injury news plus others

Our team physio Nigel Kent will be hoping the coming season isn’t quite so busy as 2010 and whilst he has enjoyed some peace this winter, now that we’re in the full throes of pre season training, he’s working hard with those players who are currently in rehabilitation to ensure they’re in the best possible condition come April

Graham Onions – Graham is still working hard in rehabilitation following surgery on his back. He is due to have a meeting with his consultant in the next few weeks which will determine the next steps on his road back to fitness.

Mark Davies – Mark is progressing well after disc operation and is doing plenty running and gym work. He will begin bowling in next 2-3 weeks.

Callum Thorp – Callum had a knee arthroscopy in January and has now started running as part of his rehab.

Chris Rushworth – Suffered a groin injury whilst playing in Australia and his rehab now includes running and gym work. He’ll be increasing his workload in next couple of weeks.
