    Default Insanity Workouts

    Seeing as im starting back running after injury i thought i'd do the day1 fitness test from the insanity 60day workout..... nearly sodding killed me. My scores if anyone wants to compare (and tell me how unfit i really am) were:

    Switch Kicks: 98
    Power Jacks: 43
    Power Knees: 72
    Power Jumps: 60
    Globe Jumps: 8
    Suicide Jumps: 12....stopped after about 40secs to puke!!
    Push-Up Jacks: 22
    Low Plank Oblique: 40....

    1min of each with 1min rest interval between.

    Has anyone actually paid for the whole system - just wondering if its actually any good - not that ive got the cash to buy it.

    Haven't done Insanity but I've done P90X. They're all pretty good IMO if you just "press play". My mate downloaded P90X for me so it cost me nothing

    A mate errrrrr lent me a backup copy of the system, it is quite good but just like you I was dying after the fitness test............moved onto the first full session the next day then could hardly walk for a week.

    Gonna give them a go properly once hols in June are out of the way!!

    wouldnt mind a copy if theres one about like. i tried a bit of the ab workout today from youtube - i lasted just over 10 mins and it goes on for nearly 50!! its well named.
