Seeing as im starting back running after injury i thought i'd do the day1 fitness test from the insanity 60day workout..... nearly sodding killed me. My scores if anyone wants to compare (and tell me how unfit i really am) were:
Switch Kicks: 98
Power Jacks: 43
Power Knees: 72
Power Jumps: 60
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps: 12....stopped after about 40secs to puke!!
Push-Up Jacks: 22
Low Plank Oblique: 40....
1min of each with 1min rest interval between.
Has anyone actually paid for the whole system - just wondering if its actually any good - not that ive got the cash to buy it.
