Default Could we be missing a trick on a local level..

I know i'm going to be roundly derided here but nontheless i reckon we should try and prise Marvin Emnes away from Boro. I know he's done nowt until this season in England but he was highly rated in Holland as a teenager and is still only 23. From what i've seen of him he is two footed, pacy and strong.

I was thinking that last week. He used to look very raw but he's turned into a decent prospect. We could do a lot worse.

Didn't pull any roots up in the Prem but I still always saw potential there, and like you say he's one speedy chap. Good enough to be worthy of a cheeky one I don't know, but I wouldn't write him off completely.

Huge step up, would be a major gamble. We don't need another young striker who may progress. We need a proven top class goalscorer - and I think we will get one too. An interesting week ahead

To be fair neither of the younguns have had a good run out in the prem, or even the shit cup for that matter. We'll sign someone for 15 mil and he'll still play Gyan as a lone striker with Sess behind.

Yeah you may be right....i reckon he could play left side though. Can beat a man with either foot meaning he would be hard to read for full backs (unlike Larsson on the left) and has the pace to get away from them. We will only find out if someone takes a punt on him.....i know MicMac and Swansea's manager have been watching him though.

Would be a decent signing for either of those but we should be looking for something more IMHO - and we are!

He's took a while as he looked useless at first, he's also proving he's a striker at the moment and not a wide player which he was first used as.
