Saturdays performance

Ive read some post from some completely loons on here and i just have to have my say.

Is that the best performance from Sunderland on saturday since chelsea away we beat and out battled a Euro League team who out battle most if not all teams in the Prem and yet some still arent happy. I still dont know where that performance came from good passing, movement and battling for everything its good to see and hope we can now kick on.

We are 12th in the league with 5pts from 5 games having played Chelsea, Liverpool and an Unbeaten Newcastle, we seem to of had some major wankers behind the scenes(gyan) who althoguh our best striker didnt want to play for us, and yet still we are plugging on. Bruce isnt the best dont get me wrong but he is a step up to what we have had (Keane, Sbragia). He has brought in some immense signings Bent, Sess, brown, o'shea, larsson and gyan, he is a lil tatically inept for sure but as a manager i dont believe we can attract better.

So all you knockers of Bruce, Sunderland and unbelievably Quinn and Short take a good hard look at yourselves we are a good mid table prem league team who may win a cup or gain a euro league place but with the likes of Man city, Man utd, Chelsea, Liverpool,, Arsenal and spurs spending mega cash we have no chance of champ league so just be satisfied with what we have.

And if your not join the deluded twats up the road and support Newcastle

Im still reserving judgement until i see the passion of yesterday carried through into more matches. The first 4 we had 2 good halfs but the others were lacklustre. I will accept we will lose games, i dont get angry about that. Its when they seem to play with no effort on anything that winds me up

Good post...I was sick of the pathetic Bruce out lobby who were complaining incessantly.. I tried to say......give it time, let them gel, early days etc etc...

To be fair, Saturday was our best home performance for a long time till Sunday came along
