Just caught up with this on Sky+ and hooked already. Another cracking bit of Telly with an emotive storyline and some excellent characters. I'm gonna have an early stab at solving this and say it was one of her dad's employees or the councillor's assistant.

Just finished watching the original (Danish) one on DVD. Best TV series since The Wire, for me.

Aye it's canny, just watched the Yank version but apparently it's quite a bit different to the original Danish version. There was an article in i a couple of weeks ago and a lot of people aren't very happy about the American version (I need to revisit the article though as I didn't want to read any spoilers)

I might have a look for the Original and give that a watch too

It's gotta be the Danish original man, come on.

I've watched only the first episode of both the Danish one and the American one and the latter seemed nothing but a pointless shot-by-shot remake with hammy acting.

I'll dig into the original I think.
